Notes See also: Page & Steele (firm). Forsey Pemberton Bull Page (1885-1970) born in Toronto. First formed the partnership of Page & Warrington Architects before WWI. Harland Steele joined Page in 1925/26 to become the new principals in the firm of Page & Steele, which still is in operation as of 2000.
