Notes Since 1980, Alfred C. Roberts has shared partnership with Eberhard H. Zeidler. Name of firm changed in 2001 to Zeidler Grinnell Partnership, since Alf Roberts retired around 1987. Ian Grinnell has been a partner since 1991.

It comprises part of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (1929-31, Darling & Pearson and York & Sawyer) which is listed as no. 25 King Street West. It was renovated in 1975-76 by Page & Steele and I.M. Pei.

Was purchased by Rogers Communications in order to function as the new head offices and facilities for Rogers Communications Inc. and Rogers Cablesystems. The adjacent building (no. 1 Mount Pleasant Road -- the former Conferation Life Building) functions as the headquarters for Rogers Cantel. The two buildings are connected via an overhead walkway and a tunnel.

In the fall of 2001, the theatre was renamed "The Lorraine KimsaTheatre for Young People", following a donation of $1.5 miilion by her son. She had no actual history with the YPT.
