Lyle in 1928/1929 but built by Mathers & Haldenby (with Beck & Eadie) in 1949-1951. Carved bas-relief panels on the facade designed and executed by sculptor Fred Winkler.

The third and fourth towers, designed by Bregman and Hamann, were completed in 1974 and 1985 respectively.
