Biography
Date of Birth 1874
Notes Emigrated to North America I 1912 after studying art in Naples and Rome. Initially lived in Detroit, where he decorated a number of theatres for architect C. Howrad Crane. Moved to Montreal in 1924, and became a prominent decorator, best-known for his atmospheric theatres. The Historic Theatres' Trust (Montreal) owns the Emmanuel Briffa Collection).
